Payment Methods
Purchase on account
When purchasing on account, you have 14 days after receiving the goods to make payment. So take your time and look at the items you want and then simply pay by bank transfer.
Prepayment via bank transfer
If you pay in advance, you transfer the amount within seven calendar days. This is how long the goods are reserved for you. The amount to be paid consists of the value of the goods and any shipping and service costs incurred.
When making the transfer, please indicate the exact intended purpose, which will be shown to you at the end of the order.
Last name
If you order something cash on delivery, the goods are usually sent immediately. This means that the seller does not wait until he can record payment. Cash on delivery is therefore a good alternative to paying in advance, where it can take one or two processing days until the seller has received your money and dispatched the ordered goods.
In addition, cash on delivery orders are usually possible even if you have a negative Schufa entry. Because: If for some reason you have a negative entry in the Schufa register, in most cases you will no longer be able to pay on account at an online shop or mail order company, i.e. after receipt of the ordered goods.

Instant bank transfer
SOFORT Banking is a payment method that is available in 8 European countries and is very popular in Germany. The payment method is based on the principle of Bank transfer. In contrast to a regular transfer, the consumer only has to verify the payment. Details such as the amount and the beneficiary are already filled in. SOFORT then makes the payment. The advantage of the payment method is that human errors are eliminated, making payment simple and quick.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is Apple's own payment method, available to all Apple users in more than 35 countries. It works within the wallet app where a consumer places their payment cards. The actual payment method therefore depends on the cards stored in the wallet app. Currently only credit cards are supported. The Wallet app stores all the details and settings of the various payment cards contained within it. Payment is completed with a fingerprint or facial scan. This means that Apple Pay complies with the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) (Strong Customer Authentication, SCA), provisions set out in Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2).
