- wash with a soft cloth or sponge and with the usual dishwashing detergent.
- fill the kazan to 1/3 with water, boil it and let it soak for about 10 minutes
- drain the water, rinse again well, remove the remains of industrial grease and dust and dry well
- put 100 ml of vegetable oil in the kazan and fry a chopped onion in it with the lid closed, shaking the pot regularly to distribute the oil evenly on the sides
- at the end, drain the oil, remove the onion residue and throw it away
- finally, wipe the empty casan with a soft cloth, do not forget to rinse the valves well
Important notice:
lid of the kasan pleasenot open immediately after the end of cooking. Wait until no more steam escapes through the valve, only then loosen the screw and the lid will lift easily by itself. Opening the kettle without releasing the pressure and steam can cause injuries!
