Preparation instructions:

It's that simple:
Rinse buckwheat with cold water.
Add double the amount of water (e.g. 1 cup of buckwheat to 2 cups of water).
Bring to the boil and simmer over a medium heat for approx. 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and leave to infuse briefly - done!

Tip: For a particularly nutty flavor, you can toast the buckwheat briefly in a pan without fat before cooking.
