- For a creamy smoothie:
Place 100-150 g of the frozen wild berry mix in a blender.
Add 100-150 ml of liquid (water, milk, yogurt, plant milk, orange juice).
Sweeten with banana, honey or dates as desired.
Blend on the highest setting until creamy - done!
- For smoothie bowls:
Puree the mixture with less liquid, pour into a bowl and garnish with toppings such as muesli, shredded coconut, nuts or fresh fruit.

Storage: Store frozen at -18 °C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
