1. Peel off protective film from bottom side
2. Put the insoles into your shoes
3. Make at least 5 punctures on the pad on the insole
4. After the expiration date, replace the old product with a new one

• Make the punctures only after you have placed the pads on the insoles
• Slight changes in the texture of the upper may occur during use
• Not recommended for shoes with fur soles!
