Excellent as a dessert or snack in between meals. Made according to an original traditional recipe over 100 years old, which has not changed until today. Made from Antonovka apples cooked by local farmers and processed by hand into a tender puree. This gives the pastila its unique and inimitable taste. This delicacy is made by hand and without preservatives, dyes or flavor enhancers.
