Many scientists recommend hydrogen enriched water for health reasons. This is because hydrogen from hydrogenated water has an antioxidant effect on our body. Antioxidant means that hydrogen binds the so-called free radicals, which are oxygen-rich elements that can cause cellular aging or malignant diseases.
