The extra thick walls and base of the kazan ensure that the heat is optimally distributed and retained for longer, enabling quick braising and frying while retaining the natural flavors of the food. High temperature stability, robust and durable. The flat base is perfect for using the kettle on a stove at home.

Instructions for first use:

Cast iron kazan without coating is intended for the preparation of roasted and braised dishes
Before use, the dishes should be cleaned with hot water without detergent. Heat the cookware to 100 °С and cover the inner surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil
Cookware without pre-treatment (burning with vegetable oil) is suitable for preparing food without citric, acetic or lactic acid
Cast iron cookware is not suitable for storing food
After cooking, the dishes should be cleaned with salt and a steel sponge, but without detergent, dried and covered with a thin layer of vegetable oil
Cast iron dishes must not be cleaned in the dishwasher

If used incorrectly, dishes without a coating may rust. The corrosion is easily cleaned with a steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will regain their original shape.
