These are basic mechanical devices for deep osteopathic relief of the spine in various areas of the back. They relieve pain and tension, relax the ligaments and deep perivertebral muscles (up to 30 mm deep) and improve circulation.
Thanks to the neodymium magnets inside the devices, magnetotherapy is carried out, enhancing the relaxation effect and restoring capillary circulation in the tissues of the spine.

General recommendations for use:

• The recommended initial relief and correction of the spine with the device is 8-10 sessions, performed regularly after one to two days. If muscle soreness occurs after the sessions, the interval can be three days. In order to relieve and relax the muscular-fascial system and promote the overall health of the body, spinal decompression is performed regularly 1-2 times a week, especially during periods of back and neck fatigue. The duration of the spinal segment release is between 2 and 5 minutes, depending on the degree of muscle relaxation in a particular segment. This method can be performed independently at home by any person or athlete after prior instruction.
• The pressure of the device should be relatively comfortable and bearable - the pressure can be reduced (e.g. place a towel on the cord).
• Make sure that your spine is in the center of the device. It is fine if you deviate slightly from this and the active points are slightly above or below the device (these points are important for relieving the spine, and from the third session onwards you can place the device on each vertebra).
• If you have a complaint that causes severe pain, you should not place the device directly on the pain point for the first ten sessions. Place it 3-4 cm above or below the area. Concentrate on breathing and on the pain point, mentally relax this area, try to smile inwardly and "send your love to this point" and you will feel the pain diminish or disappear in 1.5-2 minutes ! This is because a tense muscle resists the effect for about 2 minutes. Then comes the relaxation phase of the muscle.

People between 140 cm and 150 cm tall can only use the C and D edges of the device when treating the spine (CORDUS)
To reduce the pressure of the device, a folded towel can be placed on the points or the session can be performed sitting on a chair with a high backrest.
If you are overweight, have a medical condition or disability, or are elderly and have difficulty using the device, you can use it in a high-backed chair, which also gives good results.
