The Davr 22cm cast iron pancake pan is the perfect companion for your kitchen. It is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. The pan has a removable wooden handle, which makes it easy to use and store. Thanks to its depth of 1.5 cm and robust construction, you can cook pancakes, doughnuts and other dishes to perfection. The cast iron ensures even heat distribution and guarantees excellent cooking results.

Instructions for first use:

Rinse the dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge
Place the dishes on a heating stove to remove the moisture completely
Put a couple of drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it
When the dishes have cooled down completely, they can be used.
When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes

due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the frying pan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm even when serving it
the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (bottom/walls) ensures gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste that!
Cast iron is extremely energy-saving: The food can be roasted even at low heat with low energy consumption.
Cast iron is, despite other opinions, easy to clean and maintain. With increasing use, the frying result gets better and better!
Durable - frying pan can soak up the fats and develop a qualitative non-stick coating from it under the influence of high temperatures.

If used incorrectly, the dishes can rust without coating. Corrosion is easily cleaned with the steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will regain their original shape.

do not store food in cast iron cookware
cast iron cookware is NOT suitable for the dishwasher
Dry the dishes after washing and cover them with a thin layer of vegetable oil
It is recommended to store the dishes in a dry, ventilated place
the shelf life is unlimited

Attention: corrosion on the cast iron tableware is not a defect, but the result of incorrect operation!
