Elcon Zintech composition for cold galvanizing aerosol gray, 520 ml.

Elcon Zintech cold galvanizing composition contains 2 types of zinc (lamellar and spherical) and is used for effective protection of ferrous metals.

Properties:

• is used as a stand-alone coating and also as an anti-corrosion primer under various decorative and protective coatings
• contains 2 types of zinc: lamellar and spherical
• consumption is 2 times lower than with conventional compositions
• resistant to atmospheric agents
• the lifetime of the anti-corrosion protection, proven by tests, is 35 years

Application tip: Shake the can for 2-3 minutes before application. The paint is applied from a distance of 25-30 cm on the dry, previously cleaned and degreased with solvent surface in 1-3 coats, the drying time between coats being 15 min at 20±2 °C. The final drying time at 20±2 °C is 2 hours.

Composition: epoxy ester resin, combination of spherical and lamellar zinc, fillers, aromatic solvents, propane, butane.

Storage: Store the enamel in a tightly closed container and protect it from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. Keep away from fire! Keep out of reach of children.

Precautions:

Contents are under pressure. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat above +50°C. Do not open or incinerate after use. Do not spray near sources of ignition or hot objects. Do not smoke during use. Do not inhale fumes, vapors and splashes. Store in a well-ventilated area. Avoid static discharges.

Painting operations must be carried out in a well-ventilated area.
Personal protective equipment: Rubber gloves and respirator.
