Instructions for first use:

Cast iron kazan without coating is intended for the preparation of roasted and stewed dishes
Before use, the dishes should be cleaned with hot water without detergent. Heat the cookware to 100 °С and cover the inner surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil
Cookware without pre-treatment (burning with vegetable oil) is suitable for preparing food without citric, acetic or lactic acid
Cast iron cookware is not suitable for storing food
After cooking, the dishes should be cleaned with salt and a steel sponge but without detergent, dried and covered with a thin layer of vegetable oil
Cast iron dishes must not be washed in the dishwasher

If used incorrectly, dishes without a coating may rust. Corrosion is easily cleaned with a steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will regain their original shape.
