For optimum enjoyment, we recommend the following preparation: Use fresh, soft water and heat it to 70-80°C - ideally just before it boils, but not to boiling point to preserve the delicate aromas and avoid bitter substances. Place about 2-3 grams of hand-picked tea leaves per cup (200 ml) in a suitable container. Pour the tempered water over the leaves and allow the tea to infuse for 2-3 minutes for a mild, delicate taste or up to 5 minutes for a stronger aroma, depending on your taste preference.
Particularly practical: these high-quality whole leaves are ideal for multiple infusions - simply extend the infusion time by around 30 seconds for each additional infusion.

We recommend enjoying the tea on its own to fully appreciate its natural, slightly floral profile, or with a touch of honey, which wonderfully emphasizes the inherent sweetness of the tea.
