Make your own herbal liqueur - herbal bitter spice mix "rowan on cognac", 74g

In the 1950s and 1960s, this herbal liqueur was sold in stores and was very popular. Several companies tried to revive the legendary recipe, but their attempts failed - the drink was not as tasty. It was mainly due to the artificial flavors. We go the other way - our herbal liqueur is made only from natural ingredients. The drink has a beautiful dark golden color and a tart taste of rowan, with a pleasant sweetness and spicy bitterness in the aftertaste.
Simple method and a good result in just 15 days!

Preparation:

Pour the contents of the packet into 1.5 liters of vodka, or another high-proof drink of 40%
Keep it in a dark place for 10 days
Shake once a day during the process
Then filter the mixture
Add a tablespoon of sugar (15-20 g), stir until it is completely dissolved
Place in a dark place and leave to rest for 3 days
Dilute to 3 liters. You can also dilute less, then the taste will be richer
Store in a dark place and leave the drink to rest for a further 2 days after dilution

Ingredients: Red rowan, dextrose, barberries, oak shavings, dried apple, cinnamon.

Storage: Store at a temperature of no more than 25°C and a relative humidity of no more than 70%. Protect from direct sunlight.
