Properties:

Contents: 450 g couscous made from first-class durum wheat.
Note for allergy sufferers: Contains gluten.

Preparation recommendation:

Bring 2 cups of water to the boil in a saucepan.
Add 1 cup of couscous, 1 pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the boiling water and stir.
Remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave to infuse over a low heat for about 5 minutes.
Fluff up with a fork and serve.

Tip: For more flavor, you can replace the water with stock or add spices such as cumin, turmeric or ras el hanout.
