Our buckwheat is thoroughly washed, sprouted and activated, then gently air-dried at below 45 °C. The activated buckwheat replaces cereals containing gluten and is cooked in 1 minute with just a little water thanks to the sprouting process, making it an ideal alternative side dish. The taste is significantly improved by the breakdown of the starch into simple sugars.Ingredients: 100 % buckwheat* sprouted and air-dried at 45 °C

Recommended use: Tastes crunchy and nutty, ready to eat dry or cooked in 1 minute. You can also use buckwheat in mueslis and as a topping for desserts or as a crunchy salad topping!
