Cashews were only discovered by Europeans after the discovery of America and by raw foodists much later, as the leathery skin could initially only be cracked by roasting. The plant is now cultivated in large areas of America, Asia and Africa, and cashews have become a cheap alternative to nuts for many allergy sufferers.Our cashews come from Vietnam and are cracked without acid immediately after harvesting, when the shell is still soft.
Ingredients: 100% cashew nuts from certified organic farming.
Allergens: May contain traces of almonds, Brazil nuts, pecan nuts and macadamia nuts.
Gluten-free, soy and peanut-free, vegan.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
