Pomegranate Cosmopolitan with Citrus Vodka" cocktail set - elegance in every sip

Ruby red color, citric accents and the aromatic tartness of pomegranate - that's the formula for your successful evening.
Included in the set:
- AMG Premium Infusion "Grapefruit with Lemon" (0.7 l) - an intense citrus vodka that replaces both triple sec and classic vodka.
- 3 x pomegranate juice "Kubanochka" (750 ml) - full-bodied, rich and noble-tart.
Signature recipe: "Pomegranate Cosmopolitan with citrus vodka":
Ingredients:- 50 ml AMG Premium Infusion "Grapefruit with Lemon"
- 40 ml "Kubanochka" pomegranate juice
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 5 ml maple syrup (optional)
- 200 g ice cubes
- 150 g ice for the shaker
- Prepare the glass:
- Pre-chill a martini glass in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Moisten the rim with a lime wedge.
- Gently dip the rim in powdered sugar to create a "frost" effect.
- Place 3-4 pomegranate seeds on the bottom of the glass. - The bar composition:
- Fill the shaker 2/3 full with fresh ice.
- Pour in 50 ml "Grapefruit with lemon" infusion.
- Add 40 ml pomegranate juice.
- Add 15 ml fresh lime juice. - The special accents:
- Add 5 ml maple syrup (for a rounder balance).
- Add a pinch of sea salt to the shaker - the secret ingredient! - The right technique:
- Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
- Use both hands to ensure a safe and even shake.
- Strain the cocktail through the strainer into the prepared glass. - Final garnish:
- Express the orange zest over the glass to release the essential oils.
- Lightly flavor the rim of the glass with the zest.
- Garnish with a cocktail cherry on a skewer.
- Serve immediately while the frosty rim is still in place.
