Prastara Eau de Cologne, 150 ml
XVIIth century - royal whims:King Louis XIV, known for his sensitivity to fragrances, did not consider the scents of Versailles worthy enough. He rarely bathed, but wanted to smell royal.
1682 - Birth of a unique formula:
Jean-Paul Feminis (actually Giovanni Paolo), the Sun King's court alchemist, created a new fragrance. Light, fresh and simply revolutionary at the time.
At the beginning of the 18th century - perfume reaches Poland:
Thanks to the Dominican order, the manuscript with the recipe reached Poland. The monks worked together with a local workshop and began a modest production - both for their own use and to replenish their coffers. They liked the scent and did not want to do without it.
Immediately after the war - discovery of the old formula:
After divisions, wars and forgetting, the Latin manuscript with the recipe was found in the PIXIN company archives.
1950s - Return of the legend:
PRASTARA eau de cologne, produced according to the old recipe, once again captured the hearts of Poles. It is said to have been one of the most popular export products of the time.
2023 - New interpretation of a classic:
Today, you are holding a modern reinterpretation of this cult fragrance in your hands. Inspired by the original manuscript, we have created an updated version of PRASTARA - a tribute to tradition in the spirit of our times.
