Ingredients: pork, water, salt, spices and spice extracts, dextrose, glucose syrup, thickener processed eucheuma algae (E407a), xanthan gum, stabilizer disodium diphosphate, trisodium diphosphate (E450), starch, yeast extract, antioxidant sodium erythorbate, citric acid, acidity regulator tartaric acid, preservative sodium nitrite E250, sodium acetate, pork intestine.
