• 1 x Premium Vodka AMG "Frozen" 0.7L (Vol. 40%): contains natural honey and thus intensifies the real vodka taste
• 1 x Premium Vodka AMG "Smooth" 0.7L (Vol. 38%): a composition of natural raisins, which gives the product a unique vodka-like yet subtly fruity aftertaste
• 1 x BARIN Premium Wild Salmon Caviar KETA from Kamchatka, mildly salted (tin 200g)
• 1 x BARIN Premium Wild Salmon Caviar KETA from Kamchatka, mildly salted (jar 190g)
• 1 x BARIN humpback salmon / GORBUSCHA caviar from Kamchatka, mildly salted (jar 190g)

Orders are shipped exclusively from Monday to Thursday as COOL SHIPPING in polystyrene packaging with cooling pads.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will not be shipped until Monday due to the cold chain.

Characteristics of vodka production

AMG brand vodka and infusions are characterized by their particular purity, fineness and lightness. Only selected grains are used in the production process. The special feature is the use of "cool filtration" technology in the production process. The water from the underground artesian waters undergoes a series of purification processes. It is then cooled to ice and returned to a liquid state. This process changes the structure and the product becomes crystal clear.

Caviar recommendation: In addition to black bread or baguette, salmon caviar is also often served with blinis (pancakes).
ATTENTION: Please do not use silver or metal spoons for the caviar as these can have a strong influence on the taste
Wooden or plastic spoons are ideal here. Depending on taste, the caviar is best eaten on its own or served on bread with butter
Storage: after receipt, store at a temperature of no more than -18°C. Defrost at +4°C to +6°C before eating. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
Shelf life: unopened - at least 6 months at -18°C. Can be stored for 14 days after defrosting and consumed within 48 hours after opening.

Note on caviar delivery:

Dear customers, our caviar is sent to you frozen in a thermobox! This is the only way to avoid unwanted preservatives! This thermal box contains artificial ice, which evaporates during transportation.
Don't be surprised if you don't find any artificial ice in the box, this is because the caviar is not shock-frozen after being caught, as is the case with our competitors.
This procedure guarantees that the caviar arrives fresh.
