The importance of a high quality still
The art of distillation has a long and rich history, dating back to the earliest days of mankind. The ability to separate liquids through evaporation and condensation has led to the creation of a wide variety of products, from essential oils to alcoholic beverages. In this context, the quality of the distiller plays a crucial role. A high-quality still can not only improve the efficiency of the distillation process, but also affect the quality and purity of the final products.
The different types of distillation equipment
There are different types of stills, each designed for specific applications. The classic pot still, also known as a still, is ideal for producing spirits with complex flavors. Column stills, on the other hand, are known for their efficiency in distilling large quantities of spirits. A modern variant is the distiller with multiple chambers, which makes it possible to precisely separate different fractions during the distillation process.
Choosing the right distiller
There are several important factors to consider when selecting a suitable distiller. The size of the unit and the amount of liquid to be distilled are critical. A smaller distiller is ideal for home use and producing small amounts of distillates, while larger units may be better suited for commercial purposes. Material quality, such as stainless steel or copper, can also affect the quality of the final product. In addition, the type of energy source, whether gas, electricity or steam, is an important aspect to consider.
The care and maintenance of your distiller
Proper care and maintenance of your distiller are crucial to ensure long-lasting performance and optimal results. After each use, the unit should be thoroughly cleaned to remove residue and prevent contamination. Regular inspections of the seals, pipes and valves are also necessary to detect and correct leaks in the distiller.

Also note that the private production and purification of alcohol by distillation is restricted by law depending on the country.
Usage tips for using this distiller for water, oils, spirits.
Temperature is one of the most important factors in the distillation process
To achieve the desired quality, the temperature must be controlled. For this reason, an easy-to-read analog thermometer has been installed. It accurately displays the temperature inside the cooling tank from 0 to 150 °C.
There is enough space in the cooling tank to accurately clean the distillate produced, as it is equipped with a drain valve for easy removal of evaporating impurities. In addition, the set also includes an aroma feeder for distillation with steam. The upper part can be filled with the desired filler.
