The CHARMEL Classic meringue is an exquisite treat covered in real dark chocolate. It is made according to a traditional recipe developed over half a century ago at the UDARNITSA confectionery factory in Moscow.

Charmel Classic Marshmallow in Chocolate combines the delicate lightness of traditional sefir with the full-bodied taste of fine chocolate. It is based on natural apple puree in combination with agar-agar from seaweed, which creates the fine, airy consistency.

The delicate chocolate coating perfectly complements the creamy sweetness of the marshmallow and turns every portion into a little moment of indulgence. This combination of freshness, sweetness and chocolate is perfect as a dessert, with tea or coffee, for festive occasions or as an elegant gift.

Ingredients: Apple puree, agar-agar, syrup, grated cocoa, egg white powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier sunflower lecithins, coloring ammonia caramel, acidity regulator trisodium citrate, natural flavor.
