Valerian Extra 45 tablets

Properties:
  • Baleriana Extra is a natural sedative containing the roots and rhizomes of valerian and feverfew.
  • Recommended to take as a mild sedative and stress and sleep disorders.
  • Valerian Extra Dragee can help to eliminate nervous restlessness, relieve headaches, help with insomnia, palpitations, anxiety and shortness of breath.
  • The absence of sugar also makes Valerian Extra suitable for people with diabetes.
Ingredients: 1 tablet weighing 0.13 g contains: Lactose, rhizome and roots of valerian, motherwort, thickening agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agents: calcium stearate and talc, thickening agent glycerol, food coloring: titanium dioxide and ferronate P (iron oxide).

Recommended dosage: 1-2 tablets 3 times daily with meals for adults as a dietary food supplement - with essential oils. The use of 6 tablets per day covers the appropriate consumption of essential oils by at least 4% (at least 0.78 mg). Duration of use: 1 month.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the ingredients, pregnancy, breastfeeding. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
