How do I confirm my participation?
All orders of €150 or more (after all discounts) that are placed and delivered within the promotion period are automatically entered.
How will the winners be selected?
Every order number that meets the promotion conditions is automatically entered into the draw. No further action is required. Winners will be selected using a random number generator on November 3rd, 2025 during a live stream on TikTok (@kaufbei).
How do I receive my prize?
If you win, we will contact you within 3 days using the contact details provided in your order. The prize will be delivered within Germany. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the right to claim the prize will be forfeited.
