The past with apple flavour<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Belyov pastila <\/a>has deep roots going back to the distant past. Its recipes were handed down from generation to generation, and today this delicacy is known far beyond the borders of Russia. In the 19th century merchant Amvrosiy Prokhorov made Belyov pastila famous. High dignitaries of France, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria and Georgia enjoyed this delicacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modern manufacturers, \u2018Belevskaya Pastilna Manufactory\u2019, have preserved and revived the ancient recipe, following the traditions. An important aspect of Belyov pastila<\/a> preparation is the manual cooking process. Apples are baked in the oven on copper baking trays, then the pulp is separated by beating it with icing sugar and egg white. The resulting mixture is spread out on trays, baked, then join the layers, smeared with egg white, and sent to dry. After 8 hours the pastila is ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belyov pastila <\/a>has a delicate texture and pleasant apple aftertaste. It is made exclusively from natural ingredients without colouring agents and preservatives, which makes it healthy and safe.
