Preparation instructions:

For classic lingonberry sauce (with game dishes):
Place 300 g frozen lingonberries in a saucepan.
Add 100 ml water or orange juice.
Add sugar or honey to taste.
Bring to the boil and simmer over a medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
For smoothies:
Put the frozen berries directly into the blender - they replace ice cubes and provide a refreshing coolness.
