Preparation instructions:

For classic compote:
Place 300 g frozen fruit mix in a saucepan.
Add 500 ml water.
Add sugar, honey or sweetener to taste.
Bring to the boil and simmer over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
Serve hot or cold - on its own or with a little cream!
For refreshing fruit juice:
Defrost the frozen fruit.
Puree with a little water.
Pass through a fine sieve or squeeze in a cloth.
Add mineral water or sparkling wine as desired.

Ingredients: Plums, cherries, gooseberries, chokeberries (aronia), red currants.

Storage: Store frozen at -18 °C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Once defrosted, store in the refrigerator and consume within a short time.
