Preparation instructions:

For classic redcurrant jelly:
Place 300 g frozen currants in a saucepan.
Heat with a little water and cook until soft.
Pass through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
Boil down with preserving sugar according to instructions.

For refreshing redcurrant juice:
Defrost the frozen berries.
Puree with a little water.
Pass through a fine sieve or squeeze in a cloth.
Top up with mineral water or sparkling wine as desired
