Preparation instructions:

For aronia juice:
Place 300 g frozen aronia berries in a saucepan.
Add 300 ml water and bring to the boil briefly.
Pass through a fine sieve or squeeze in a cloth.
Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
For aronia jam/jelly:
Boil the berries with a little water until soft.
Pass through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Boil down with preserving sugar according to instructions.
