Preparation in the microwave:

Remove only the outer cardboard wrap.
Place the tray in the microwave with the protective film intact: do not remove, open or pierce the protective film before heating. The protective film remains on the tray during heating: the defrosting process takes place under the film and the dish is heated evenly and completely.
Heat at maximum power (800 W) for 5-7 minutes.
Then leave the dish to rest for 30 seconds.
Only then carefully remove the foil and enjoy.

Important: Do not remove the protective foil before heating and do not pierce it, as it is required for gentle defrosting and complete heating of the dish.
