Beipol sauerkraut with carrots is produced using the classic fermentation method and impresses with its fresh, balanced taste. Crunchy white cabbage is finely sliced, refined with juicy carrots and naturally fermented using lactic acid. This creates a pleasantly sour, slightly sweet aroma with a typical homemade character.
