Features:

1 x Slicing Insert
When you start cutting with this reversible blade, you’ll immediately notice that the cutting experience is different from using your usual kitchen knife.
In the past, you simply guided a knife through the food; now, you guide the food through the blade.
When cutting cabbage, you get straws; when cutting onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, lemons, sausage, etc., you get rings.
Now, if you place eggplant on its long side, you’ll get long strips that are easy to roast and stuff, making for great stuffed eggplant rolls.

1 x 3.5 mm blade insert
The insert with small blades cuts your produce into 3.5 mm-wide strips. Long or short. Pay attention to which side you place the vegetable on the vegetable slicer.
You’ll never get long strips if you place a carrot on the vegetable cutter with the short side facing up. The longer the carrots, the longer the strips.
The only exceptions are cabbage and onions—if you slice them with this insert, you’ll end up with small cubes.

1 x 7 mm blade insert
Using the insert with 7 mm blades, you can cut potatoes into long strips, vegetables into salad cubes, and cabbage into large cubes for solyanka and borscht in a matter of seconds.
