The carefully balanced combination of coriander, cumin (zira), paprika, turmeric, garlic, red pepper and barberries provides the unmistakable aroma, golden color and authentic taste of homemade plov.

One pack is enough to prepare a generous portion (4-6 people) and turns rice, meat and vegetables into a harmonious, spicy dish. Whether traditionally with lamb, classically with chicken or creatively with vegetables - the mixture gives every plov depth, warmth and a touch of the exotic.

The use of sea salt underlines the naturalness of the ingredients and guarantees a pure, balanced taste. Ideal not only for plov, but also as an aromatic seasoning for oriental rice dishes.
