National buckwheat is a high-quality natural product that is characterized by its rich content of essential amino acids and its high nutritional value. Properties:

Contents: 900 g of first-class buckwheat groats.
Quality grade: First class.
Note for allergy sufferers: May contain traces of gluten.

Preparation recommendation:

For one portion, take 1 cup of buckwheat groats and 2 to 2.5 cups of water.
Rinse the groats as required and place them in a saucepan.
Add a pinch of salt and bring the mixture to a boil.
Cook the grits over a low heat with the lid on for about 15-20 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
Refine the cooked buckwheat with a knob of butter to taste.

Storage: in a dark, dry place at a maximum temperature of 25°C and a maximum relative humidity of 70%.

Shelf life: 15 months
