National yellow shelling peas are a high-quality legume that impresses with its fine texture and mild taste. These peas are carefully selected and provide an excellent basis for nutritious and healthy dishes. They are ideal for stews, soups or as a side dish. The peas are available in half form, which makes preparation even quicker and easier. As they are naturally high in fiber, they provide a good source of vegetable protein and energy.

Ingredients: Peas.

Properties:

Contents: 800 g yellow shelling peas, halved.
Quality: First class, carefully processed.
Note for allergy sufferers: May contain traces of gluten.

Preparation recommendation:

Put 1 cup of yellow shelling peas in a bowl and pour 2 cups of water over them.
Leave the peas to soak for a few hours to soften.
After soaking, drain the water and rinse the peas thoroughly.
Place the peas in a saucepan, add 2 cups of fresh water and bring to the boil.
Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat and cover the pot.
Cook the peas on a low heat for about 45-60 minutes until they are soft.
You can season the peas with salt, pepper or other spices to taste.

Storage: in a dry place.

Shelf life: 12 months
