Natura Selos red lentils are a high-quality, peeled legume that is characterized by its quick cooking time, fine consistency and mild, nutty taste. They are perfect for cream soups, dals, purees, spreads, stews or as a filling side dish.
Red lentils are particularly popular in vegetarian and vegan cuisine as they are rich in vegetable protein, iron and fiber and are easy to digest. Soaking is not necessary - simply rinse and cook.

A practical all-rounder for quick, healthy cooking - natural, pure and additive-free.

Preparation recommendation: Rinse the red lentils well and cook in three times the amount of water without salt for about 10-15 minutes.
