Preparation recommendation:

In the oven: Preheat the oven to 180-200°C. Place the frozen rolls on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
In the microwave (quick method): Heat the buns for 30-60 seconds on medium power until they are defrosted and warm.
Steaming (for extra soft buns): Cook the buns for 5-7 minutes in a steamer or over boiling water.
