Palych's nut cake Kievskiy, 500 g frozen

Palych's nut cake "Kievskiy" is an exquisite, classic cake specialty with Ukrainian roots. This cake consists of three airy layers of walnut sponge made from finely ground walnuts, egg white, sugar and flour. The special texture ensures a delicately crunchy yet light taste experience.
Between the sponge layers is a creamy, velvety chocolate pudding filling that has been refined with fine cognac. This combination gives the cake a harmonious balance of nutty, chocolatey and slightly tart flavors.
The surface of the cake is artfully covered with a fine cream and custard chocolate cream, which rounds off the creamy texture. A lovingly crafted cream custard sprig with rose adorns the cake, while the sides are coated in fine chocolate shavings for a crunchy and visually appealing finish.

Ingredients: Sugar, eggs, butter (19%) (pasteurized cream), almond kernels, hazelnut kernels (7%), peanut kernels, purified water, rice flour, drinking milk, cocoa powder, condensed whole milk (normalized milk, sugar (sucrose, lactose)), dark chocolate (grated cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract flavoring), cognac (cognac distillates matured for at least three years in contact with oak wood, drinking water, sugar syrup, sugar rind I simple coloring), acidity regulator citric acid, natural vanilla extract flavoring, fermented glucose, molasses, coloring: Beta-carotene, carmine, copper complexes of chlorophylls, iron oxides; cocoa butter.
