Palych's "Waldlichtung" sponge cake is a masterfully crafted creation that combines three different types of white sponge cake - with poppy seeds, peanuts and raisins - to create a unique taste experience. Each sponge layer is soaked in an aromatic sugar syrup with liqueur and spread with a delicious buttercream, giving the cake a wonderfully moist texture and intense flavor.
