Properties:

Pine oil strengthens hair, stops hair loss, increases elasticity and resilience. Eliminates swelling. Promotes the healing of wounds. Soothes irritations.
Effect on the body: Pine oil is a powerful antiseptic. Depending on the body's needs, it has either a warming or refreshing effect. Application:

Massage: Mix the essential oil (3-5 drops) with 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply it to the skin and then massage the problem areas of the body for a few minutes until it is completely absorbed into the skin.
Bath: In a bath with water temperature 37 - 38 ° C add a mixture of: essential oil (5-7 drops) with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). Duration of the procedure 15-30 minutes. After the bath, without rinsing, wipe the body with a towel.
Sauna: essential oils mixed with water (5-7 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water) spray into the air or spray on the walls and floor, avoiding contact with heating devices.
Compress: Stir 15-20 drops of essential oil into 1 liter of water at room temperature, then dip a cotton cloth into this water, squeeze lightly and place on the skin, cover with compress paper, then insulating cloth. The duration of the procedure is between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
Mouthwash: Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 1/4 cup of warm boiled water, stir. After rinsing, spit out the liquid.
Enrichment of cosmetics: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 10-15 ml of cream, tonic, gel or other cosmetics, mix thoroughly and use as directed.
