The Family Farm bacon from the barrel "Bochkovoe", approx. 300 g is a specialty that is matured in wooden barrels according to an ancient recipe. This traditional method allows the bacon to develop an intense aroma while remaining tender and juicy.Particularly noteworthy is the high proportion of meat between the layers of bacon, which ensures a perfect balance between spicy meat flavor and fine fat marbling. The bacon is mildly salted so that its natural taste is optimally preserved.
