Excellent as a dessert or as a snack between meals.
Made according to a traditional original recipe that is over 100 years old and has not changed to this day.

Made from Antonovka apples from local farmers and processed by hand into a tender puree.
This gives the pastila its unique and inimitable taste.

This delicacy is made by hand without preservatives, flavor enhancers or colorings.

Ingredients: sugar, chocolate icing (sugar, grated cocoa, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, milk fat, soya lecithin as emulsifier, vanilla flavouring), apple puree, glucose syrup, pectin as gelling agent, protein powder, lactic acid as acidity regulator, sodium lactate as humectant, powdered coffee.

Storage: Store in clean, dry rooms, humidity must not exceed 75%, do not expose to direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 3 months
