Russkiy Bereg Bream Premium - dried, approx. 300 g is a traditionally prepared dried fish with a strong taste, high protein content and typical aroma. Bream (Russian: Лещ) is salted using the traditional method and gently air-dried, giving the meat a dense, slightly chewy texture that connoisseurs appreciate.

Perfect as a snack with beer, for fish lovers or as a culinary souvenir. The fish is vacuum-packed to preserve its freshness and taste for a long time.
