BARIN Chinkali - Dumplings filled with pork and young bull meat (frozen), 750 g

Handmade from kneading the dough to shaping the dumplings, using only natural ingredients of the highest quality! Shipped throughout Germany in special insulated packaging.

Tender and fragrant Georgian-style khinkali, made from a mixture of ground young bull and pork neck, seasoned with spices and red onions. The khinkali are carefully shaped by hand to grace a family meal or a festive feast. The juicy meat filling inside the soft wheat dough creates an incredible flavor. The khinkali retain the deliciously rich meat juices inside, which should be sipped carefully first.

Preparation:
  • In a pot: For 500g of khinkali, bring about 3L of water with 1/2 tsp of salt to a boil. Add the frozen khinkali to the boiling water while stirring. Stir occasionally. Once all the khinkali are floating to the surface, let them cook for about 8–10 minutes. Then remove the khinkali with a slotted spoon and serve immediately with a little butter and a side dish of your choice.
