These dumplings are a traditional, high-quality dish that is ideal if you want to prepare a quick lunch or family meal in 10 minutes. BARIN pelmeni are juicy, meaty and tasty.
Ingredients: Pork (26%), young bull meat (17%), WHEAT flour, drinking water, onions, HARD WHEAT semolina, EGGS, table salt, pepper
Average nutritional values per 100 g: calorific value 1031.0 kJ / 246.0 kcal; fat 12.8 g (of which saturated fatty acids 5.0 g); carbohydrates 22.0 g (of which sugar 1.1 g); protein 10.8 g; salt 1.2 g
Preparation: In a saucepan: For 500 g (2-3 portions) of pelmeni, boil approx. 3 l water with 1 tsp salt. Stir the frozen pelmeni into the boiling water. Stir occasionally. As soon as the pelmeni float to the surface, cook for approx. 5 mins. Then remove with a slotted spoon and serve immediately with butter and garnish to taste.
Storage: Store in the freezer at -18 °C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
