Handmade from kneading the dough to shaping, using only natural ingredients of the highest quality! Delivered throughout Germany in special thermal packaging.

Classic dumplings with young bull and pork mince and onions in a tender, thin dough. These dumplings are a traditional, high-quality dish that is ideal if you want to prepare a quick lunch or family meal in 10 minutes. BARIN pelmeni are juicy, meaty and tasty.

Ingredients: Pork (26%), young bull meat (17%), WHEAT flour, drinking water, onions, HARD WHEAT semolina, EGGS, table salt, pepper

Preparation: In a saucepan: For 500 g (2-3 portions) of pelmeni, boil approx. 3 l water with 1 tsp salt. Stir the frozen pelmeni into the boiling water. Stir occasionally. As soon as the pelmeni float to the surface, cook for approx. 5 mins. Then remove with a slotted spoon and serve immediately with butter and garnish to taste.

Storage: Store in the freezer at -18 °C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
