BARIN set: 3 x Chinkali pasta dumplings with pork and young bull meat (deep-frozen), 750 g each (total net 2.25 kg)
Handmade from kneading the dough to shaping, using only natural ingredients of the highest quality! Delivered throughout Germany in special thermal packaging.Tender and fragrant Georgian-style chinkali, made from a mixture of young ox and pork neck mince, seasoned with spices and red onions. The chinkali are carefully formed by hand to adorn a family meal or a feast. The juicy meat filling in the soft wheat dough combines to create an incredible taste. The chinkali retain the boiling delicious meat juices inside, which should be drunk carefully first.
Preparation:
In a saucepan: For 500g of chinkali, bring approx. 3L of water with 1/2 tsp of salt to the boil. Add the frozen chinkali to the boiling water while stirring. Stir from time to time. As soon as all the chinkali float to the surface of the water, boil for approx. 8-10 mins. Then remove the chinkali with a slotted spoon and serve immediately with a little butter and garnish to taste.
Ingredients: pork (14%), young bull meat (14%), WHEAT flour, drinking water, onions, HARD WHEAT semolina, EGGS, garlic, salt, herbs, pepper
Storage: In the freezer at -18 °C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze
