Oven: Defrost in the fridge or at room temperature (approx. 4 hours). Then heat on a baking tray with baking paper in a preheated oven at approx. 180 °C for approx. 5 minutes.
Microwave: Heat the frozen belaschi (2 pieces) in the microwave (700W) for approx. 3 mins. before eating
