Thanks to the double fermentation (lactic acid and alcoholic fermentation), this kvass contains a wealth of valuable amino acids and nutrients that are particularly digestible for the body. The special mixed culture of pure yeast and lactic acid bacteria is based on traditional recipes from old Russian villages and gives kvass its unique character.- Free from genetic engineering, artificial flavors, additives, colorants and preservatives
